WILL SLAPGATE EPISODE CHANGE BHAJJI ?

So will the slapgate episode be a turning point in the life and times of Harbhajan Singh? Not just the cricketer but also the man. How will he spend his time away from the limelight? Will he wonder why even after more than a decade he is still regarded as one of the boys?
Harbhajan Singh made significant contributions in his latest Test match. India needed to level the series and protect a proud home record against the touring South Africa and Harbhajan ensured just that by leading the attack in the absence of the injured Anil Kumble. His seven wicket haul took India to victory in 3 days.
"Boys chipped in with the performances with their bat and the ball and obviously I am happy to be the part of the winning squad. I played my part and happy with the result. Though, it would have been better to have beaten beat South Africa 2-0 in the series,” said Bhajii after the series ended.
There is little doubt that Harbhajan Singh relishes the joy of team sport - camaraderie with fellow players. The thrill of celebrating wins together and most importantly being one of the boys but is it time for Harbhajan to introspect?
