16 yr old starts circumnavigation

A sailor set sail on saturday for a solo circumnavigation from marina del rey in south california .Zac sutherland had planned to leave earlier but delayed his departure to replace the auxilliary engine on his islander36.Sutherland wrote in his blog that the delay was a huge disappointmentin some ways but ultimately turned out for the best.
